The Maud model draws inspiration from Lisbon’s Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, a hub of cutting-edge biomedical research designed by architect Charles Correa. Known for his belief in the perfect balance of function and form, Correa’s vision comes to life in the building’s striking oval windows—an element reflected in Maud’s bold front shape and sculpted temples.
